1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and bgd3 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the bgd3 platform at bgd3.cc, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of bgd3. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. These Terms apply to all services offered by bgd3, including sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, crash games, and any other games or features made available on the platform from time to time.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. bgd3 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years. No individual under the age of 21 is permitted to register an account or access any gambling services on the platform. bgd3 may request documentary proof of age at any time, including government-issued identification such as a National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Accounts found to be held by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Member. Each individual may hold only one registered account on bgd3. Registering multiple accounts for any reason — including to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent account restrictions, or evade a suspension — is strictly prohibited. bgd3 uses technical and manual controls to detect duplicate registrations and will close all duplicate accounts without notice, retaining any funds in accordance with applicable anti-fraud policy.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to keep this information up to date. bgd3 may require you to verify your identity before processing your first withdrawal or at any point thereafter as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

2.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is not prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction before using bgd3. bgd3 makes no representation that access to the platform is legal in all locations. 3. Account Security and Responsibilities

Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by another person using your credentials — is your sole responsibility.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bgd3 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bgd3 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. Members are advised to consult the cashier page within their account for the most current limits applicable to their preferred payment method.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. bgd3 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 2 hours of approval under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, during scheduled platform maintenance, or where additional identity verification is required. bgd3 will notify you via email if your withdrawal is subject to an extended processing time.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance. bgd3 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All withdrawal requests are subject to review. bgd3 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds prior to processing any withdrawal. Funds deposited into a bgd3 account must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.

4.5 Currency. All account balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bgd3 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any foreign currency transactions will be declined at the payment method level.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be staked before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Abuse. bgd3 employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion from multiple accounts, placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, and wagering patterns that satisfy the technical wagering requirement without genuine engagement with the games. Where bonus abuse is identified, bgd3 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and close the account.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses have an expiry period within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Upon expiry, any unplayed bonus funds and associated winnings will be automatically removed from the account balance. The expiry period applicable to each promotion will be stated in its individual terms.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on bgd3 are subject to the platform's Sports Betting Rules, which are published in the help section of the platform. Key principles include: bets are final once confirmed, minimum and maximum stake limits apply per event and per market, and bgd3 reserves the right to suspend markets and void bets in circumstances of data feed errors, obvious price errors, or irregular betting patterns.

6.3 Malfunction Policy. 6.4 Bet Settlement. Sports bets will be settled in accordance with official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In cases of dispute over the official result, bgd3's decision — following review of all available evidence — shall be final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bgd3 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Match-fixing or any activity that seeks to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event for betting purposes.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party payment credentials to fund a bgd3 account.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification procedures.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bgd3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

12.3 Funds on Closure. Where an account is closed by the member and no breach of these Terms has occurred, any verified account balance will be refunded to the member's primary payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe. Where an account is closed by bgd3 due to a breach of these Terms, bgd3 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance in accordance with its anti-fraud and AML obligations.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the bgd3 platform. Any reference to legal compliance should be understood in the context of the jurisdictions in which bgd3 operates its online services.

13.2 Dispute Resolution.
